1. Is my booking protected?

Yes. With Total Financial Protection all bookings are protected.

2. How is my Flight Booking protected?
We sell three different types of flights which are all protected. The sum refunded will be the cost of the flight itself up to a maximum claim of £1,500 per passenger. Card payment and agency transaction fees (both of which are relatively small incidental costs) are outside the scope of the scheme and will not be refunded. 

Scheduled flights - all scheduled flights available on this web site are protected via an insurance scheme arranged at the time of booking. We will claim a refund from the designated insurance company and pass this on to you. Maximum claim £1,500 per passenger.

Low Cost flights - all low cost flights available on this web site are protected via an insurance scheme arranged at the time of booking or are ATOL protected. We will claim a refund from the designated insurance company or the Civil Aviation Authority ("CAA") and pass this on to you. Maximum claim £1,500 per passenger. 

Charter flights - all charter flights available on this web site are protected via the ATOL scheme operated by the Civil Aviation Authority ("CAA"). Refunds are provided by the CAA direct to you. 

For customers who are already abroad at the time of the failure only: where a replacement return flight is provided free of charge then no claim arises, alternatively, where no replacement flight is provided any claim is limited to the lower of the original price paid for the flight and the actual price paid for the replacement flight back to the UK. Maximum claim £1,500 per passenger.

3. How is my Hotel Booking protected?
All hotel bookings are protected. When you buy a room online and pay your money goes to a HotelDeo-TTA (Hotel Trust Association) and until you come back from your holiday safely, we do not receive our profit and on top our separate HotelDeo trading account pays directly for your room or hotel. So the amount you pay is always safe and protected and for any unseen reasons, this on top is all insured, protected and fully covered by our HotelDeo business Insurance. If for any reasons, you have paid or cancelled, you will be offered the option of transferring monies paid over to another hotel booking or receiving a refund, subject to availability T&C.


4. How is my Package Holiday Booking protected?
Package Holiday - all packages available on this web site are protected via the ATOL scheme operated by the Civil Aviation Authority ("CAA"). Refunds are provided by the CAA direct to you. 
It is important not to confuse Tailor Made Holidays with packages.

5. Transfers etc protected?

All other products sold on this site are also protected. You will be offered the option of transferring monies paid over to an alternative booking, subject to availability or receiving a refund.
